26 various purpose buildings totaling 250.000 square meters were erected by Mosinzhstroi from monolithic reinforced concrete in year 2004 alone. Among the projects built over the past year are:
Kurkino: multistory blocks of flats, a four gateway fire station, police station, ambulance station and family doctor ambulant clinic.
Central Administrative District: a secondary school in Lesnaya Street, School of Dramatic Art Theatre in Sretenka Street, storage facilities for the Darwin Museum and an administrative building in Malaya Bronnaya Street.
Other districts: blocks of flats in Sokolniki, a 20-storey block of flats in Novatorov Street, 18-storey block of flats in Bazhov Street, 22-storey block in flats in Novopodmoskovny Alley, administrative building in Zorge Street and swimming pool in Vilnius Street.
