The employees of the Company are the basic potential of OJSC “Mosinzstroi”.
Currently, our personnel consists of about 25 thousand specialists. Social Policy of personnel management is the policy of the single integrated company with a strong and stable corporate culture and well-proportioned system of corporate values.
The basis of the Social Policy of personnel management is the establishment of the system that stipulated establishment of specific measures:
- on motivation of each employee to achieve goals specified by the Company’s strategy;
- on determination of criteria to evaluate the degree of result achievement;
- on rewarding and encouraging employees;
- on improvement of production organization;
- on improvement of social and housing conditions of employees;
- on labour protection;
- on organization of way of life and catering at the construction sites.
The main task of the Personnel management policy is care for preservation of human resources, increase of productivity, efficiency and quality of labour, establishment of the personnel management system which would grant OJSC “Mosinzstroi” the stable status of “preferable employer” on the labour market.
