On 19th of March 2008 ‘Mosinzhstroi’ LLC - leading general contracting company for engineering infrastructure projects construction and reconstruction of Moscow city, that unites about 100 firms and companies employing 25 000 people, was celebrating its 40 years anniversary.
Creation of powerful company for city engineering infrastructure development was connected with Moscow extension to MKAD borders. Than mass house-building of huge volumes started at free territories. New city areas should be provided with engineering services, roads and also with construction of head hydroengineering buildings. In these conditions separation of engineering construction into the new field for purposeful construction of highways, networks and buildings was objectively necessary and results of MIS 40 years work confirm this.
For past 40 years ‘Mosinzhstroi’ built thousands of kilometers of engineering services, 256 pedestrian crossings, over 22 mln. m2 of city highways and roads, over 500 km of collectors, put into operation city water-supply, sewerage pump stations and purifying stations, completed engineering preparation of all Moscow mass building up areas.
Mosinzhstroi works are marked at over Russian and Moscow competitions. Leading companies of construction complex are included into rating of 150 best companies of Russian construction complex.
Today Mosinzhstroi is the dynamically developing company, participating in all construction fields, and also in investment activity.
On the occasion of Mosinzhstroi anniversary on 18th of March of current year presentation of high rewards to Mosinzhstroi employees was held in Moscow city construction, reconstruction and development policy Department for big labour investment to engineering construction development. 64 company employees were rewarded – with gratitude of Moscow Mayor, Moscow Government, RF Ministry of regional development and Moscow city construction, reconstruction and development policy Department Diplomas, the ranks of ‘Honorary builder of Russia’, ‘Honorary builder of Moscow’, ‘Honorary worker of transport and connection’ were given.
At reception on 19th of March in anniversary honor all presented were welcomed by Moscow Mayor first deputies V.I. Resin, Y.V. Roslyak. In their congratulations V.I. Resin, Y.V. Roslyak, G.M. Zhivotinskyi warmly spoke about all ‘Glavmosinzhstroi’ managers who headed company during different periods of time and noted that Moscow city development is impossible without ‘Mosinzhstroi’ same as further ‘’Mosinzhstroi’ development cannot be disconnected from Moscow city.
