Mosinzstroi has performed the following construction works:

• reconstruction of objects on the territory of the Kremlin and the Red Square, engineering preparation of all residential housing districts of Moscow;
• Rublevka and Zapadnaya (Western) water supply stations, Kurianovskaya and Novo-Lyuberetskaya aeration stations, cleaning assembles in Zelenograd, Novo-Solntsevskaya sewage pump station;
• engineering preparation of reconstruction of Tretiakov art gallery, memorial complex on Poklonnaya hill, “Gostinyi Dvor” in Kitai-gorod and the Zoo; installation of all communications in MKAD reconstruction;
• construction of the 3rd hoist ring, including the largest road interchanges with Leningradskyi prospect and Sheremetievskaya street, at the cross point of Mira prospect and Yaroslavskogo highway.;
• multifunctional complex “Okhotnyi Ryad” with reconstruction of Manezhnaya square; central 6-circle underground center of “Moscow City Business Center” with built-in stations of mini-subway “Business Center” and “Mezhdunarodnaya”;
• objects of Olympiade-80 (reconstruction of central stadium in Luzhniki, sports constructions on Mira prospect and in Izmailovo, rowing channel and bicycle track in Krylatskoe);
• theater “Dramatic Art School” on Sretenka, business center “Berlinskyi Dom”;
• reconstruction of the square of Kievskyi railroad station; restoration of the building of “Manezh Exhibition Center”;
• multifunctional office center on Serebryanicheskaya quay, administrative and production complex of confectionary “Krasnyi Oktyabr” on M. Krasnoselskaya street, fund storage vault of the state Darwin museum, multimedia center of actual art on Ostrozhenka;
• building of experimental residential district of Kurkino; reconstruction of Moscow planetarium, construction of multiple residential houses (in Zelenograd, Vernadskogo prospect, in Beskudnikovo etc., including actions as investing contractor in Kozjukhovo), schools, polyclinics and kindergartens;
• restoration of the State Historical, Architectural and Landscape museum reserve “Tsaritsyno”;
• engineering preparation of new territories for mass residential housing construction: settlement of Severnyi, Bogorodskoe, microdistrict 11 of Yuzhnoe Butovo, Scherbinka, microdistrict 15 or Maryinskyi Park.

The organizations of “Mosinzstroi” participated in the construction of Zvenigorodskyi prospect and in reconstruction of Kievskoe and Borovskoe highways, Leningradskyi prospect; they implement the municipal program of energy supply (construction of cable collectors and power supply centers: substation Davydovskaya, collectors for cable installation from substations of Chkalovskaya, Konkovo, Narvskaya, Dubninskaya, Zabolotye, Ugresha and Novo-Vnukovo).
